Refund and Returns Policy
At Texas Court Classes, we strive to offer top-quality educational experiences to all of our users. Understanding our refund policy is essential before enrolling in any of our courses.
1. No Refunds
All sales are final. Once you have enrolled in a course, you agree that you will not be eligible for a refund except under the specific circumstances described below.
2. Exceptions
There are only two scenarios where a refund may be considered:
a) Act of God: An Act of God refers to unforeseen and uncontrollable events such as natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, hurricanes, floods) that make it impossible for Texas Court Classes to provide the course.
b) Technical Issues on Our Part: If there is a technical issue on the part of Texas Court Classes that prevents you from accessing or completing your course despite all troubleshooting efforts, you may be eligible for a refund.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under the above exceptions:
