Easily Accessible Online

Our classes are easily accessible starting with the registration process and all the way through to the certificate. Classes are available 100% online. This also means they are self-paced online classes, making it easy to fit into your schedule.

30 Days to Complete

Since our courses are self-paced online classes, it allows you to get the course completed in the 30 day time frame. All courses must be completed within 30 days of enrollment.

Completion Exam

Each course has a final exam. You must pass the final exam with a 70% in order to receive credit for the course. If you do not pass the course evaluation, you will have to pay again to retake the evaluation.

Some classes are live on Zoom while others are online, pre-recorded, and self-paced. Class length varies depending on which class you’re taking. Refunds are not offered. If you miss a day of a Zoom course, you will have to start over from the beginning and pay a new registration fee. Please check each individual course page for more details.

Several of our courses are accessed via Zoom. You can test your Zoom connection prior to committing to a course here. For our self-paced online courses, you will be emailed a link with the course videos for you to access when convenient.

The cost for each course offered by Texas Court Classes varies and can range from $25 up to $275.

Classes last from four hours to 32 hours depending on which one you’re taking. Our longest course is our 32-hour DWI Intervention Class, which is conducted as 3hour sessions over 11 sessions.

Online course certificates are available immediately after successful completion of the course. Texas Court Classes will mail you (and DPS, when necessary) a paper certificate of completion within 5-10 days after you’ve successfully finished your class. If you need your certificate sooner, you can rush your certificate for a fee (typically around $20).

Yes! Texas Court Classes’ programs are approved and fully certified by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), and the Texas court system. License #653, expires September 14, 2024.

There are no refunds except if Texas Court Classes cancels your class on our end. If you miss a day of a live Zoom class you have scheduled, you will be disenrolled and it will be your responsibility to re-enroll yourself.

If your class hasn’t started yet, you can reschedule to another class time. If you miss sessions from a class you’ve already begun, you will be disenrolled and will have to re-enroll in another class.

Yes, but for the final examination on the last day of class, you must have a secondary device. You will need to be visibly present with your camera on while taking the exam.

As of April 2024, our team consists of nine instructors, including our owner, attorney Jamika Wester. Each instructor is certified and licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation to teach their particular course or courses.
