Frequently Asked Questions About Self-Paced Classes

A) First make sure you have completed all the requirements on your current slide. Some of the slides may ask you to select different options, visit links etc.

If you are still having issues, then follow these 3 steps below. 

Step 1:

If you are using a mobile device and have access to a laptop/desktop, log out of the website on your mobile device and try accessing it on your laptop/desktop. Most of the issues are due to mobile devices not having enough memory to run the lessons, quizzes, and video simultaneously.

Step 2:

We’ve also seen students having issues with the Microsoft Edge browser. If you too are using Edge, can you first try using the Google Chrome browser (https://www.google.com/chrome/)

Step 3:

If that doesn’t solve the issue, can you take the following steps to ensure that this isn’t a cookies/caching-related issue and check whether that resolves the issue?

  1. Log out from your account
  2. Clear cookies (here is how to do it)
  3. Close your browser
  4. Open your browser
  5. Go to texascourtclasses.com
  6. Log in to your account

A) Please visit the student dashboard (link) to download your certificate. You should also have an email in your inbox with the certificate.

A) We use the information you provided at the time of registration to create your certificate. If you see a typo or want to change it please fill out the form below on this page and we will get back to you.

Frequently Asked Questions About Zoom Classes

A) Regular Zoom certificates take up to 10 business days to be issued. Please make sure you have completed your Intake Form since we need that information to create and validate your certificate. We won’t be replying to any requests about certificates within this 10 day period.

If you want to get the certificate within 1 business day, you have the option to add Rush Shipping to your order. Please fill out the form below on this page and someone will be in touch shortly.

If you have already purchased Rush Shipping and 1 business day has passed since your course was completed, please make sure you completed your Intake Form. We can’t issue certificates without a completed Intake Form.
