At Texas Court Classes, we strive to offer top-quality educational experiences to all of our users. Understanding our refund policy is essential before enrolling in any of our courses.
1. No Refunds
All sales are final. Once you have enrolled in a course, you agree that you will not be eligible for a refund except under the specific circumstances described below.
2. Exceptions
There are only three (3) scenarios where a refund may be considered:
1) Act of God: An Act of God refers to unforeseen and uncontrollable events such as natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, hurricanes, floods) that make it impossible for Texas Court Classes to provide the course.
2) Technical Issues on Our Part: If there is a technical issue on the part of Texas Court Classes that prevents you from accessing or completing your course despite all troubleshooting efforts, you may be eligible for a refund.
3) 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you sign up for the correct course, complete it, receive your certificate, and submit it on time, but the court or probation officer does not accept your Texas Court Classes certificate, let us know with evidence before 30 days. We will try to discuss the situation with the court or probation officer first to get you a resolution, and if they still don’t accept the certificate, we will issue a full refund.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under the above exceptions:
- Submit a formal request to our support team within 10 days of encountering the issue.
- Provide clear evidence of the issue or event that you believe makes you eligible for a refund.
4. Approval of Refund
All refund requests will undergo a review process. Texas Court Classes reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on its sole discretion.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days.
