- Select an online DWI education program, like Texas Court Classes, that is approved by the TDLR. The official TDLR website lists approved providers.
- Texas Court Classes is licensed to provide DWIE by TDLR (license number 653).
- Enroll in the program.
- Once you’ve chosen an approved provider, enroll in the online DWI education program. You may need to create an account on the provider’s website.
- Complete the course material.
- Progress through the DWI-E course material. The online program will cover topics related to alcohol education, the effects of alcohol on driving, and the legal consequences of driving while intoxicated.
- Pass quizzes and exams.
- Most DWIE programs include quizzes or exams throughout the course. Make sure to review the material thoroughly and successfully complete any assessments.
